...with people’s minds, trying to give bad feedback to their current bosses. And it doesn’t stop there - when people leave, the company holds back their pay, saving(PF) and even experience/reliving letter.It’s a really bad situation and I’d recommend avoiding this company. Your skills and time are better off somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect.

Strict HR Policies if you are late even by half hour in reaching office you salary will be deducted. Bad working culture. Dirty office politics.

You will get to work with clients from different domains and you will get the exposure of a higher level as a person and as a software engineer.

The work environment needs to be improved and there should be a system in place on how to handle the critical and sensitive issues.

- The management is very helpful and understanding. - BODs are very cooperative and skillful. It provides us with good learning opportunities. - Seniors are also generous. - There is so much flexibility in terms of working life balance

- All though everything needed is already there but the management can conduct even more events inhouse.

It's a company where you are under the shoes of CEO , then you are promoted and get increment. CEO, who serves drinks to female employees at office party and HR manager who breach standards of being a women, plays game with each person who is working. Office politics obviously. Unethical company. They defame their ex employees stating that they have lodged complaint but in reality they are liers. They do not have any market value either. Just running towards profit by using their employee providing late shift timing, then throwing them away. Don't waste your time and skills here because top level management persons will be appreciated not a hardworking person.
