They did not give us Working experience. And they did not give us bonuses but they give us salary. And career growth is slow.

First of all its indian company. Second thing is lava gave us training we increas our skill and we teach how to make customer & solve cstmer problems lava teach us blooming etc

Now in this period company not maintain stock for market requirment. And discontinue training and not increase salary..etc

To keep it simple & straight - there is nothing to be liked in Lava International Ltd. But if I have to answer here something then it would be the on paper policies and rules/regulations they create every day. "Excess of anything is injurious to health" is perfect for the company's last one year policy building trends. Company has lost its way trying to be too rocket scientific company in every corner. It should understand that all the policies are good until they are executed and specially that too well in time.

...is customized by the local hub/zone leaders and the intent is totally changed. Pan INDIA all DMs facing a 10% variable part of salary vanished was a real shock by the company to the employees. This decision sent the DMs a year back in their career and gave the dent to many of the lives. Understanding market well before 6 months or more is a good practice but execution of the same in time is much more necessary. The company has been failing to timely roll out new models time to time as per market and had been always more than 6 months late than the actual time of the product.

Actually it's good company. Good team. Salary overall good.

But at this time not secure for Lava International job.because some people are irresponsible, & higher level Employees are miss commitment ..Any time company will be terminated...

...ome Product Head . Company has no vision how to run. 4. Process less company. 5. Salary not even Manager and Sr. Executive can get same salary. 6. Only one goal is to cut cost in every thing weather it is transporter or courier CFA ending in service level failure.
