1.Senior Management vision changes every month. 2. No transparence in appraisal process. 3. There is no HR in company HR head become Product Head . Company has no vision how to run. 4. Process less company. 5. Salary not even Manager and Sr. Executive can get same salary. 6. Only one goal is to cut cost in every thing weather it is transporter or courier CFA ending in service level failure.

Salary is good. but they take alot of work. but for educated person salary might seem less. As those have invested alot of money for their educations.

Dislikes

Calls all day and night. no proper timing for meetings . they will send sudden link while we would be in market and they will say to join. i never enjoyed sunday. its a bit tough but working for getting experiece. Company dont focus on competative products and they ask to sell their product which wont get sold at all.

One of the pathetic and bad manager Rahul gosh joined … he is very mean and self concentrated and treated his team very badly .. this man does hot have any sense and not knowledge just switching jobs and .. dont join secretarial team .. really bad guy
