Compensation is decent. but no job security my personal experience says that company not trust worthy in job security. the work pressure is balanced. senior are very supportive. all over experience is very good. A good company accept job security. i am happy whenever i was part of Lava international limited.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Something, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in a the evening and sometimes late into the night.

It is a No. 1 Indian brand in Telecom industry as of now as per reatailer review as same as mine. As well as Lava has gave MBC challenge to the customers.

Dislikes

With the trend of technology Lava was going too slow as per customer requirement. It should be faster and should be innovative as i told that LAVA is No.1 Indian mobile brand.

Employee policies ,Market policies , Distributor policies ,can say a well qualified with rich experience Top level and middle level mgt but after restructurting they have started hiring from weak background ,Product after sales Service ,employee portals and salary (best in the industry)

No job security ,company running in losses ..very politely they ask the employees to resign by saying that we are planning restructuring. Lava International's all things good but one thing of seniors, they make some policies in every month, that is not acceptable by retailers, that's why businesses go down.

One an only Indian mobile company, who cares about the values and integrity. They're offering a great and employee friendly culture to their employees. Although the organization is in a transformation mode after this financial year closing, however I must say it's a employee oriented organization. Policies are very transparent & strict for each person. 👍👍

I must say that Lava's execution speed on product implementation and innovation is little slow as per the competition.
