There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4 years bofore which you connot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They give salary on time. Nothing else is good here.

HR buys the awards for the company. There is no work-life balance at all, your manager can call at 1AM in the night and VC is normal thing here at 8AM. They do not care about the life of sale team here, in channel sale they force you to meet minimum 20 people on daily basis and you can not skip your market visits even a single in this pandemic. Now you can judge how they work or treat their people.
