Work Pressure is tolerable, until or unless you are in sales.

... the employees to execute it, there is a major lack in direction and execution. They will give you handsome amount of salary to solve the ruckus only they have spread, and they will expect it to get solved in a month or two because you are an expansive resource, you cannot take the liberty to understand how the system works, they want instant results else you are fired. so, if you are somebody who have got a good offer from the company, that is majorly because of the reason many people have joined the company and left in a month's time, so if you want a treat for a few days you are more than welcome. I would also say that there is a lot of scope and things can get a lot better, if they just value their current employees and be good to them, rather than hiring a new person every other day and expecting revenue out of them instantly. Also, this is a typical startup, so it is not mandatory that you'll only get the work for which you have been hired, any time of the time your role can change and you'll be expected to ace that in every possible way. Be ready to be in multiple domains at one particular time.

...those words , he do not have any choice 8. Strategy is not up to the mark . 9. Even if you are working up to their mark you will be fired without your FNF and salary and expense all pending 10. There is a so called secheme called "Pay Your Own Cheque" . You have to work as per theier norms not as per monthly salary . if your daily sales compromise then your salary of that day will be deducted . Like on incentive basis . 11. Not a good company at all stock dispatched after 15 days from the seller . while the payment has already been taken from distributor . 12. Few employees have already registered the case of pending FNF's in Labour courts .

Hey, I am Vashu, I am a data analyst and front-end developer in LMCE at Okhla New Delhi. LMCEis basically based on a rural marketing company. major perspective is how can we build a model that initially connects the manufacturing company to the retailer. and retailers to customers with low cost. in this company, I didn't realize any uncomfortable zone and everyone are too supportive. and all HODs are too cooperative. so I am happy with this atmosphere.
