Job offer but confused
I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA I have 2 questions is it ok join to luxsoft? 35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?

Some top TFL Staff member not support to l&t staff and taken bribe from client this type of incidents happened with me.we have given all clarification and have been found self neat & clean even some TFL Staff member has try to dismissed / terminate me from organization on putting wrong statement behalf me in our HQ it has been totally wrong with me.

LTO having good Safety and Quality culture for enhancing operatives morale. Operatives are very happy to getting their salary in time each months.

Dislike about the management after getting promotion of M1A salary will be reduced and adding Reimbursement in CTC. Which shows that i am getting good CTC but actual scenario is different.
