Everything, eversince the merger, this company culture has deteriorated. No appraisal, no bonus, no clear communication, the HR threaten employees, you cannot reach out to anyone freely. Anyone who says this company is good is lying, because no one is happy here.

A lot of learning opportunities but no time to learn WLB depends on project mine is below average will work 10hrs a day but have to work on weekend so 6 day work week. Great friends as teammates coz everyone hates your managers

...g work also if you say no low rating during appraisal fyi he/she was from IIM HR for the sake of existing - if you complain to HR about WLB and ask for extra pay for OT They say you don't get extra as per policy and you don't have to work for more than 9 hrs And the same person comes bake and says we have business requirement you have to work sometimes which means everyday

Job security. Good company to start your career with.

No skill development. HR policies are worst. Salary is less compared to market standard. Growth is extremely slow; mostly depends on your manager and team you are in instead of your work. Appraisal and bonus are primarily depends on favouritism. Your Manager will blame next manager, next manager will blame department head and so on. Promotion letter, performance feedback letter and appraisal letter will come by Oct end instead of April; almost delay of 6 months. Politics at top management level might destroy your growth trajectory. Annual Bonus was around 11000. Company forced to join company during covid. Office resume in July 2020. But at the time of appraisal, they denied promotion and bonus mentioned reason as covid effect.

LTI gives salary on or before 28.

Nothing to be disliked about LTI. You can dislike Some people for sure. Some people are working in the same org for many years and slowly they started feeling like it is their own company and start playing politics by harresing new team members. Why does the organisation feel that older employees contribute more to the organisation? I doubt it, I feel they make this place only worse.

...hey are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day. After appraisal also there will be difference in salary they are providing less salary. Manager also not resolving queries 3-4 months.
