Dislikes

...inancial Services department t is very risk and Higher officer is Very pressure. Only salary very Low is FRONT LINE OFFICER balance all Financial staff is very High salary. Financial services departments main point and First Staff is FLO but salary is very low..

SSC dept is so good, Salary credited in time. Ovaral company working culture is good .but some of management is not good

Contract basis Manager is working in L&T , Even after retirement age also extending their job , most senior staff also available There working culture is very bad .

Absolutely rubbish c level executives..their salary 7x compared to industry peers. While avg employee is at lowest quartile. Also ceo has placed hi kids consulting firm in exchange of giving business

... a huge organisation to work with, it's kind of a pride to work with this title. The salary will be credited on time.

Dislikes

I don't know where to start with. First and foremost is the terrible work life balance, to be precise only work no life to balance the same. Higher officials pressure are to the core and no proper hierarchy of management, micro management at it's peak. No proper analysing of issues.
