There is a lot of politics and the management doesn`s address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

There is only work and no life here. They suck every employee blood even bone marrow. People think from outside the the brand L&T is good. Inside it is rubbish.
