Overall a good place to work for. But, other than that good compensation, good work life balance and job security.

There is limited scope of development unless you are a fresher. Hikes and increments are less if compared with organizations in similar domains.

Good projects, wonderful people and planned timeline so that people don't slog

Maybank group & bank is heavily process oriented and few leaders and business owners are tough to handle. Mostly they run out of money post funding projects

1.Bad Food. 2.Bad Management 3. No learning 4. No Earning 5. Old technology used which are out of trend now 6.Super Egoiest Hr. Really Hard to approach. Very few teams are doing well..you will be lucky if you get that.

1. Very old tech stack is uses,Some of Managers and Product Owners are foolish and keeping higher authorities in dark. 2. Fresher's career is ruined due to lake guidance and support 3. Leadership don't know what talent they need to build products MBA is doing testing,data scientist is doing development and developers are writing excel analysis. 4.Company is unaware about current market requirements like Applied Scientist,ML Engineer to build data science products. 5. Power is in wrong hands(very egoistic Head HR Dloria Gavis) 6. If you plan to leave org, Have to pass prison for 90 days. I hope this helps to decide.
