Salary is good and promotions are also fast and they provide accommodation for site staffs which is good

Dislikes

Working hours ia too long if you are posted on site you have to work minimum 12 hours and maximum can be 14-16 and also at my site you don't get weakly holiday you have to do work on sundaya too that's why i hate there work culture

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinesss.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

Dislikes

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

Gives opportunity to each staff to prove themselves. Takes chances by giving them responsibilities. Good mediclaim policies.

Dislikes

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

On time salary, personal development and free online courses. Family accomodation.

Dislikes

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
