You are can't choose department as you like. They won't give you any time. Salary package for DET is very poor according to me, because if you travelling 2000kms to work there then it should have to good salary package about 400000₹, but it was 216000₹.

In Tata Motors Ltd company Job is permanent, and team work is very very good.All employee's follows all necessary safety norms. Safety is first in Tata Motors Ltd company.

There is lots of partiality, & management provide decent salary only 2 or 3 years of work duty for a single DET,MT & Contract labours. Partiality is the very very high.

Lower salary structure No salary increament even though worked for 3 years After completion of probation period company turned as contractual employees which is not mentioned in joining letter during joining process.

...t culture is not good. Teammates are non supportive and the management is blind. There are no time limit of shift work ,it can be 16 hours ,initial salary is very poor ,i'm join this company by campus placement as a cadre det job . At the time of selection company says that they take me as a permanent employee and salary increase after one year but nothing is true . There is no any salary increment and company fired me after two year without any notice . I worked for this organisation for two year with only 18000 per month salary .my future is in dark now because i waisted my two precious year to this organisation. This is very bad company for a diploma employee but good for GET but if you are a GET then welcome to tata motors but as DET please take a look and please save your future .

...rs are good . * Career growth in Tata Motor as a Permanent job Very excellent. * Salary growth are good in Tata Motors. * Bus facilities are available in Tata Motors for employees. * Learning experience are very excellent in Tata Motors because they are provided training problem solving. * Work environment are excellent in Tata Motors every team member are work together and very helpful problem solving . * Time to time we have changed our vehicle models ,work activities etc.
