People don't leave the organization they leave their managers. Banking culture, daily grilling, managers don't have ground level knowledge, no conveyance.

Nothing except the salary coming on time

No leadership role. No perfect trainings. State head remains always in ego and has nothing to add up in system or employee to increase the potential. No mentorship, no accountability and RH also remains in cave until there is kick from central team.

The work culture and very unique management. Company policies are very good.

... level. Appraisal or fair process is also not good and it is vary from IC to IC. The appraisal process need much more improvement and deserving candidates are continuing in same performance level year and year hence it hampers the growth in salary. The salary is very less and the major part of appreciation is shared with only the outstanding performers. And growth of salary is also very less comparatively to current market conditions. Compensation of all benefits are also not given and mostly shared with top performers.

The company gives ample opportunity to learn at every level of management. High Job security if the performance is good and has good policies when it comes to staff welfare. Due to its widespread established, staff also get a chance to get exposed to various culture across the world

... affected especially due to the untimely transfers due to business requirements. compensation is decent compared to industry averages but the same is not commensurate with the kind of work pressure handled. Most of the times, the decisions are top driven even if there is a feedback from down the line regarding the difficulty in following those decisions.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent as a huge company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 yaar before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
