Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

Pure hierarchical Structure No or minimal scope for new ideas or innovation. Lagging in catch hold of technological advancements Very poor salary compared to peer companies No WFH or hybrid culture. No work life balance at all.

Salary and benefits are better than other companies. Accommodation and travel is from the company when posted in sites.

Toxic work culture. Minimal work life balance. We were totally busy for almost 12 hours and had a 6 day work week with 1 half day on a Sunday each month. Depends on the site, but most sites are this way
