This above company running only for bengalis and odissa state people. Not for tamilians... So i hate this cuck couple l&T culture.

working culture in very good, there is free hand working culture, through it we can promot yourself and show your skills, improve ouerselves well and have friendly environment.

Dislikes

The package is not a good and promotion takes a long time, promot only Boss favorite person.

Only job security and other benefits was good for staff such as TEMS claim, medical insurance for self and family persons.

Dislikes

Salary was very less for old employees no proper increment for old employees. HR was also have poor mindset for all employees, senior management also not supporting for junior staff .

Company policies are very good for staffs, working in team is good, salary is credited timely. But appraisals are quitely biased, salary hike,promotions and bonus are all dependent on appraisal which is biased, Office, accommodations, transport facilities and other benefits are good.

Dislikes

Management is not transparent about appraisal policy, career growth is slow in some place,on job training is not sufficient.

I am working on L&T from last 3 years. It's give me the online technical training during lockdown period with well job security. There are no any salary increment in this year. Working culture of this company is really excellent.

Really all are good but some of the point which are not good are given below. No salary increment of the thired party employees.
