Company focused upon there industrial business and not fit for channel & retail sales network. 4.Huge Error in Despatch material,sales returns, Price list & invoices. 5.Lack of support form TOP LINE & IF YOU ENJOY POLITICS THEN MUST GO IN IT.

Result salary discrimination/job insecurity & dissatisfaction with in team. 2.TA-DA POLICY- At least 75-90 days reimbursement policy against very meager imprest amount. 3.Poor supply chain system at non depo. states- Not a single distributors or key account at my region satify with company high lead time.
