Safety naam ki koi cheej nhi h bus gada or goda ek smaan h na aane ka timing na koi leave policy Employ ager bimaar ho jaye to usko job se nikal dena esi h ye factory..... My experience is very bad.

Overall, the company has good work culture with supportive HR Team and Management. There is good learning opportunity. The management is quite progressive and want to make it a world class organization. The company have all product range in agriculture implements and machinery. There is fully functional R& D and NPD (New Product Development) Department.
