Good work environment and culture.teammeats are supportive and the management is transparent.there is ground to play .

There is lot of politics and the management don't address our issues.salary is not decent & career growth is alo slow.lot of work given to new faces

some senior engineers are very close and taught me skills very well.

The salaries are very low, they won't give appraisals and there are a lot of partialities. In the company, 90% of employees are relatives only.
