company management is looting sub contractor money. Site engineer & Project manager demand Money from small sub-contractors. LIDIPL is not paying their sub-contractor's money for long time. Sub-contractor use their own money for construction, but they don't pay to sub-contractor. I think all sub-contractor should teach the lesson to LIDIPL.

The salaries are very low, they won't give appraisals and there are a lot of partialities. In the company, 90% of employees are relatives only.
