It is good to know about the company policy. Due to lock down also provide us salary and job secure also provide us accomandation it good supporting through the lock down. I m satisfaction

Basically all from Company Culture, no job security, no training & development, no processes, no freedom to bring new ideas, fear of talking, no strategy, changing goal post every day, no career growth, no value for senior experienced staff. no leadership by MD only dictatorship. The irony is that even Parent Company based out of Singapore don't interfere on what exactly happening. Also no meaning in the Tagline used by the company "Building with Integrity" where absolutely no integrity is being followed by the top man. It is better to avoid working in such companies.
