You will be totally cut off from your family & friends , Asking for a priviliege leave it needs begging to management, Bad working culture , There is entry time @8;30 in morning but no exit time , We need to work here for 12 hours Management expectations so higher Document policy is good but This Company needs to change its actual rulings Work Satisfaction part we didnt know ,

Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and Employee essential needs are not identifiied, considered and no periodical interaction with Employees to know their Job satisfaction after joining.

...rity i'm very much comfortable in our PT&D IC(L&T) compared with other company Benefits part good currently paying market level (P50) which may increase further and pay high monthly salary(Fixed Pay) instead of Variable Pay Career Growth and opportunities are plenty i can say 5 out 5 since day one I joined in L&T(PT&D IC) exploring many things and learned a lot and IS and Heads are given the opportunity to do research and learn and career growth is good
