Job Security, Work Culture though it is spoiled in last few years in comparison to the earlier one.

Dislikes

Most I dislike is variance in salary at same band with almost same experience. Now a days top management politics is became a part of project and affects performance of the project. Work pressure is high which results in poor work life balance.

Career Growth - There is no discussion or skill set mapping done Salary - In last 3 years there has been reduction in salary. Work Life Balance - Management gets angry if call is not received in single shot. Even on sunday and late night.

Strong ethics and passionate system. I am here since the last eight years. Systematic and timely benefits is the most, what I like in personal front. In professional front, working experience with the real nation builder is just satisfying. The scope is always there to hone the skill.

Salary structure is lower than the competitors.

The salary structure of our organization is not optimized for employee's good. With compare to all other, here income tax are more and can be reduced with in income tax law.

company general policies is excellent , work culture is good but it depends upon the site to site .

luckily my all team mates are excellent , all policies are excellent , need to focus on salary with experience not only always rating .
