Company's health and insurance policies are excellent and it is more employee friendly. Company also gives more focus on women leaders and ensures that the work life balance is highly achieved.

Employees compensation and benefits are not par with industry standards. compensation policy is not clear. working hours are more and work pressure is high on sometimes. Company should focus on employee ergonomics and recreational activities.

Highest priority for safety & quality. Anyone can question unsafe & bad quality job without being scolded. Care for skill development. Management is highly appreciative of innovative ideas. Transparent management.
