No proper SOP's to work. Managers are very rude, compensation benefits are very low compared to outside standards. No one cares about employee satisfaction. System is not well maintained, everything has to be done manually.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...itized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
