...pany. I feel very bad wasting my 10 years of carrier in such a pathetic company. I have won many awards though my salary was not even matching my years of experience. same for most of employees except lateral entries. There will be sometimes decent pay for lateral entries, but you need to forget hike for next few decades even if you perform exceptional. Check with any employee working before joining. No Ethics. They play all possible tricks like keeping your basic low, pf contribution low etc. My 10 years PF is less than what a fresher earns as PF work 2 years or less in a decent company (not services company).

Learnings depends on the team you work with. I have in a Automation team. So, i learnt a lot about real world applications of python and tool automation with Python. Some of my friends worked in testing team, where they haven't learnt much

Dislikes

Salary, bonus, hike and extra perks are very low. During pandemic, when we asked for Broadband connection, the answer our Delivery Head gave was very rude. Some Managers are really annoying. They always want to save costs and don't care much about Employees satisfaction. If you have to work in a Transportation related team, it's better if you reject immediately.

Learning is too good if you are put in a right project.

Salary. Work life balance. Rude managers who think work is everything and they anyways don't care about their family so they expect us to not care as well.

Work life balance is very very poor. Bad compensation and poor HR management. Hiring team is the worst. Nobody should join seeking brand name. But good opportunity to learn in Short time span. Managers and technical executives are vey knowledgeable. Overall working environment is very supportive.

The leadership team will always give you multiple platforms to connect with them. They are very much optimistic about the company future in the near years.

Dislikes

...ulture more optimised. But when they will realise is a matter of big question. Encouragement for good works you can expect but goodies and bonus you can't except over here.
