The quality of work which one gets is independent of his/her talent. You maybe a fresher but you may get challenging plastic and mold design DFMA work whereas you maybe an experienced senior engineer and still get CAD conversion project. Rest the working environment and work life balance is quite good and get paid at the exact day of the month.

...0/- per month. The office canteen food is bad. The HR dept is a bit of slack. There are almost no employee centric schemes such as stock options, joining bonuses, festival bonus etc.

Salary credit will be done exactly on 28th of each month. Colleagues are good and helpful.

Incentive and Hike is very poor. Career growth is less but Decent in some projects Lot of internal politics Project related activities are not suitable for Engg graduates.

I have been working with L&T TS more than 6 years, Good in Job security, Good for freshers, Give Onsite opportunity to deserving candidates.

Appraisal systems needs to be more transparent, Salary should be high for experience candidates

Managers with 10 yrs doesn't have knowledge You been treated like scape goat Everyday you will have urgent deliveries, and it's not about ur skills.. It's about work load Managers are too foxy...

Projects are pick and place work mostly. Hikes and salary are not appropriable, Company culture also not much expected one. Just brand things are with L&T but no benefits when compared to other MNC.
