Don't pay as high as other technology companies. Company vision is a bit weaker since the shift to EVs and there are too many redundant projects due to large size of the company.

The work culture is really good. Unlike all Indian companies you don’t have lot of work. Your work life balance is maintained you get a lot of leaves. The best part is maternity leave you can take upto 1 year

...Favouritism exists. Onsite and other opportunities are given to specific people. Salary hike is matter of concern

...l politics does matter. Sometimes it might benefit the employees, sometimes not. You have lots of options to save from your salary, but the overall compensation is less

Management is great. Have a little politics, where not. Great work life balance. My manager actually insist not to overwork. As long as targets are met, which are reasonable everything is fine. Flexible hours

Quality of the product delivered is the focus at any stage of the project. Good campus. No micro management in few teams. Once proved, you will always be trusted for the quality of the work. Located at centre of the city. Can apply for leave on the same the day you wish to take it. Process is good. Process defines your work boundary very well. Food is good and hygiene. Work life balance is good in some teams, but terrible in some other teams. Good place for those who aspire to be managers.

POLITICS! POLITICS and only POLITICS. Salary and rate of hike is the worst. Complete politics for ON-Site opportunities. Those who deserve will never get it. No respect for technical career path oriented associates. It is definitely not a good place for technical career enthusiasts, absolutely not. You will be forced towards management career path. They have tools to that does the job like calculations and analysis for you and all you have to do is enter the data and see the result. Process is too complex and will take most of your time away not letting you concentrate on technical activities. Some work very hard and some hardly work and the hard working will never get what they deserve. Career growth is poor. Repeated task, even senior members have to simple, cheap and repeated tasks. Talent and experience is not recognised and simply wasted. It is not easy to get a team change. Managers have no technical knowledge. Managers have poor judgement capabilities about employees
