If you want to avoid loss of pay you have to change your location from Pune to Bangalore to Hyderabad to Chennai to anywhere.

...t proper notice/ half information. Appraisal meetings and actual ratings differ. Salary is very low. You are expected to work for both client and parent company with half salaries . If you are at client location or captive project , you are gone. If you are freshers , better wait for another offer, because you will be transferred to wherever they want without informing
