Annual appraisal will be like you talk about your work that you have done for a year and in return you will get tea expenses worth salary hike Example : 30days*1 tea (₹10)= 300 ₹ (in-hand salary) There are so many negatives about the company. You may think why this person stayed in this company having these many negatives. It's due to personal constraints that I have.

...long term perspective. Long serving mechanical Employees are not treated fairly. No fair compensation no satisfactory increment or hikes. Not at all recommended for mechanical design engineers.

Compensation and rewards. One hard working employee specially mechanical engineer is paid the least. Trust me it will be nightmare for earning a day's bread and butter.

The work entirely depends on the project you are assigned to. But at the end it comes down to money, and the company's pay is a joke. I've not been given any appraisal since I joined, it's been two years. And the HR is the absolute worst filth.

Salary credit will be done exactly on 28th of each month. Colleagues are good and helpful.

Incentive and Hike is very poor. Career growth is less but Decent in some projects Lot of internal politics Project related activities are not suitable for Engg graduates.
