Work culture of MFF is very poor. Employs are doing duty 8:30 am to 10:00 pm and more.. And if any holiday we are not available on site then its crime. As per our boss. MFF 3 and MFF4 is more wrost yard. Yard head are regularly forcing to stay extra hours daily.

I think I have made a good choice to work with L &T because the manufacturing products are good with quality assurance nd I m working in Quality department that's why I m telling you this . Lots of companies like ANDRITZ nd other companies visit here for TPI inspection nd that's enough to understand what kind of quality products they want .

The salary scale is not good for contract basis but people doing this to get knowledge nd move forward in life .

... Hazira location. This is a Project based company hence new challenges everyday. Pay is good, perks are good too. They keep you busy, job rotation is possible after couple of years. Campus is good, Infrastructure, medical, canteen, transport everything is easily accessible.

Dislikes

...'re in support dept (indirectly involved in projects), you're hardly recognized. You can see pay difference among same position people.
