Salary is lower than industry standard. Appraisal process is opaque and one wouldn't know how the rating was done and why you got a particular rating.

Hr benifits very worst, the higher or reporting manager are very worst people most. They like personal vanchens only.The company like employees benefits, but the reporting manager are don't care about employees benefits.communication lag in hr and employees, hr support only Regional manager concern about employees.No benifits for work this. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 02 year before whch you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
