Ok ok , some of the bosses were good and company has good salary package structure against its competition

Dislikes

Targets get too much demanding in short period of time.Proper training should be given by trainer in hotels to relax the employees. HR activities should be increased

Only on time salary apart this nothing is more even after appraisal also they will increase basic but in deduct in other allowance.

Working culture is totally apenthic including HR no entertainment & all, daily clashes with customers due to companies online services etc,.

The work culture is dramatically different from before after the Leadership change. It’s all about work life balance and flexibility now.

While the work culture has improved there’s now a decline in opportunities for salary growth and promotions.

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.

Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.
