Good learning especially for Freshers. Some teams allow movement across various departments in the same vertical.

Dislikes

Salary is lower than industry standard. Appraisal process is opaque and one wouldn't know how the rating was done and why you got a particular rating.

Compensation is decent, but sometimes work imbalance is shown. Government Holidays are not recognize here as holiday. So I slightly disappointed with this policy.
