Please don’t join this company as the management is very poor. No payment for extra working hours, no holidays, no work life balance, work pressure is high and no market standard salary. HR is very poor as they put you in department where you don’t have that expertise. All the promotions and credit are given to the HOD. If there is a government holiday, then to compensate it, they call to work on Sundays. If you join, you will only regret if you have dont have salary 1.5l per month. No growth opportunity.

After joining into the organisation I got to know the worst culture. As I was in builder segment and no one is bothering to give some builder for sourcing of business. When I get my on sourcing business to the credit ppl will not sanction or they will take 20 days for sanction the case. And I worked for 5 & half months till now my reporting manager ( Mithun SA) has not supported for my relieving letter. And HR didn't called reason for leaving l&t When we call to HR for reliving letter they will tell call to my reporting mgr. And RSM speak volgur language and harassment towards the employee. And due to my relieving letter problem till now I am facing difficulty to get job. If I suicide for not getting job I will blame L&T organisation and my reporting managers , will write a letter to commissioner/ human rights before I suicide.

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.

Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.

...ated people to save their job. If you complaints, you will be their next target. Mandatory yearly bonus is a part of your salary. Actually its not given. Always cutting your incentives.
