Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.

Targets get too much demanding in short period of time.Proper training should be given by trainer in hotels to relax the employees. HR activities should be increased

They like personal vanchens only.The company like employees benefits, but the reporting manager are don't care about employees benefits.communication lag in hr and employees, hr support only Regional manager concern about employees.No benifits for work this. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
