Good work environment with various digital learning skills. Work load is divided equally. Management appreciate good performance. One of the best part is the incentive schemes brought into work after every quarter for better performance.

...rvisor don't care about your personal life which is not monitored by management. Salary Hike and appraisals are not upto the mark. Very slow financial growth .

Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.

...ated people to save their job. If you complaints, you will be their next target. Mandatory yearly bonus is a part of your salary. Actually its not given. Always cutting your incentives.

I am telling you what happened to me, low level bosses make us work as per their wish, why is it not wrong, on small matters they tell us to resign.
