Dislikes

Salary package for staff who is putting long years is not attractive. It is not even at par with lateral recruiters. If any employee resigned / retired, the vacancies are not getting filled up. The existing staff is asked to take additional responsibility. It is affecting the Work-Life balance. Rewards are not in line with such additional responsibilities.

Compensation is decent but 60% of your earnings are retained with company. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 12-18 hrs. No proper talented manpower with technically competent people deployed by HR in spite of several request by me. I do receive appreciation from client, but they mostly ignored during my mid-year appraisals.

Nothing. Terrible work-life balance. Poor company culture especially in kolkata region. Terrible compensation & benefits. You are always at risk of losing your job. Highly dissatisfied work profile and overall a terrible experience during the tenure at L&T, ECC division.

Terrible work-life balance. You are treated almost similar to a laborer. All points mentioned above are also applicable.

Timely salary, timely appraisal, good medical facilities, lots of training and development activities, Professionally managed company. Diversity in works

Working hours is more for staff working at site establishment.

Here job security and salary benefits are good. For a woman candidate this is one of the best company.

No work life balance, Average hike in salary (not applicable for all) No promotion due to internal office politics Big gap between what is actual in reality and what promised. No skill development scope (not applicable for everyone) No leave, no weekly holidays
