SALARY & APPRRAISAL - More politics during the time of appraisal, Proper fair decision should not taken since employee are not encouraged who are hard working and laborious that directly impact to the career growth in internal as well as external verbs .

Nothing. Terrible work-life balance. Poor company culture especially in kolkata region. Terrible compensation & benefits. You are always at risk of losing your job. Highly dissatisfied work profile and overall a terrible experience during the tenure at L&T, ECC division.

Terrible work-life balance. You are treated almost similar to a laborer. All points mentioned above are also applicable.

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.
