No social life, we have give our whole time to company, un necessary pressure and un realistic expectations of management, worse to people working on site (execution)

Good job security. Have to satisfy with salary only other than don't expect any increment. These are qualities required to work.

No promotion.No increment.Over work pressure.Don't see market salary. You will get below average.These are levels upto Assistant Construction manager.If u got select above this level join with higher package from start.Otherwise will leave early from the organization.

Working hours... 14 hours including traveling per day 6-7 days in week. Work pressure. Less Leaves. Also work in national holidays. High expectations less Supportive.
