Work life balance is bad, The day in L&t Construction starts with getting up at 7 am and getting ready for office by 8 am and cabs will come for pick up at 8:15 am and and you have to work for 12 hours or more in a day and u will reach guest house by 9pm or sometimes later so there is no work life balance

...mpany readily adopt latest technologies and very much helpful for career growth. Salary is always on time and year ending appraisal is also good enough cadre-wise. Work & personal life balance will vary from project to project. Overall satisfying.

Sometimes project management were unable to understand the problems faced at site.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow.

In the first lant everything was fine, but now with the arrival of many small companies in the market, even the projects are not available. Company is suffering more losses also job security is not available .

There is a lot of politics and the management dose not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees
