Onsite resources has nothing to do with kyndryl work culture and policies. They just need to obey the orders of client. No governance of kyndryl for onsite resources. Kyndryl manager onsite wants us to be available 24/7 so there is no work life balance. Not seen any person promoted in last 2 years.

Culture of the company is awesome. Benefits and pay is decent. The most important thing is learnings and skill development, you will have enough opportunities to improve yourself

Dislikes

Opportunities to grow are less. You will be in same position for long time.

Company retained employees during pandemic.

- delay in everything they promise be it the bonus or movement - manager decides your growth within the company - no value for the work you do - the higher management guys deny breaks to freshers only to meet SLA - NO one on one meeting with the managers so we could inform them what we all go through - manager engages with the employee only once we put down papers - no basic humane consideration

Likes

Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.

...upport on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

Dislikes

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Finding the right role for each of the B-10 employees in Kyndryl is probably a key contributor to the organization's success and growth, but a clear conversation with them rarely happen.
