No udemy learning Layoffs happening silently Benches are increasing rapidly and no roles available. Have to leave firm after 90 days in bench.

You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

Kyndryl mostly engages in the overall development of business with the parallel growth for employee and I think that contributes more to the job security tag. It turned out to be a competing company in aver short span.

Dislikes

...ent, needs to come up with engaging more between the managers and the reportees. Plus the employees reward programs and salary revisions should include company profit shares as well which is NOT the case at the moment. And NO festival benefits as well which kind of takes a grater chunk off from job satisfaction.

...be allowed to grow. It is your manager's discretion for anything and everything. No salary raise for 3 years. As it is a new company and not IBM take the risk of joining.
