nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.
