It’s not a good place to work, a lot of politics managers have babu kind of attitude, hr has no role or authority if you escalate issues to hr they will not take action against Manager rather you will be put on pip and fired later on. I feel sorry for few of my friends who were fired in 1 week.

... anything neither you can take release once you do HR case against the issues. Hikes and pay raises are only for people who can do managers household work. Like get him coffee pickup and drop, getting sweets etc.. talent is never retained and appreciated no matter how good you are for them you are useless so don’t expect hikes. That’s why the attrition rate is as high as 40%

No udemy learning Layoffs happening silently Benches are increasing rapidly and no roles available. Have to leave firm after 90 days in bench.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

Nothing to dislike, it’s a good company.

The flexibility that the company offers to the employees. Also the senior leadership trusts their subordinates and the culture is very inclusive.

Our salary structure is not the best in the market, and the bonus/appraisals are not according to industry standards.

Nothing. No salay raise. No career growth. No HR to escalate

Dislikes

...be allowed to grow. It is your manager's discretion for anything and everything. No salary raise for 3 years. As it is a new company and not IBM take the risk of joining.
