8 hrs shift no OT. the staff is really good.

Dislikes

Management is really poor. The owner is terrible and treats like a servant, not an employee. There is no benefit to the employee. cannot take the phone to premises. cannot access the internet. no appraisal for three years from joining. no extra even on Diwali. feeling like working in confinement. don't join this company, please.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
