I like working with ksce accordind to learn because we work on different type of work like casting, forging, plastic, rubber components...no job security and salary growth is very poor..

Boss are so cheap, always ready to cut your salary,you don't get any salary slip or other, Phone are not allowed you have to submit to security guard,if you have important call or something and you use the phone for urgent work and boss will see they will treat you like you caused him great loss, First they tell you that notice period is 7-or 10 days but when you resign they will increase the notice period to 2-3 months they will trap you and don't give your salary, worst company in my life if you are thinking of joining this company don't think about it ,For design and quality there is no different department, you are the designer as well as quality Engineer,In this company you are Labour not Engineer...Read More
