There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an every level of your career. Management of the company is very professional. Office Staff / Collogues are very nice and co-operative Feeling valued for my work & contributions and knowing that my efforts are recognized only adds to my enthusiasm for my role

1. Strict timelines to follow 2. Perfection 3. Deliver on time.

8 hrs shift no OT. the staff is really good.

Dislikes

Management is really poor. The owner is terrible and treats like a servant, not an employee. There is no benefit to the employee. cannot take the phone to premises. cannot access the internet. no appraisal for three years from joining. no extra even on Diwali. feeling like working in confinement. don't join this company, please.
