No ethics, your talent is not going work, need strong reference then only you will grow. Same position, same experience people having package difference of 5-6 lakhs just because of reference.

On time salary. Company culture is best. you'll get to learn a lot great place to start career with. management is great. people centric company. Lunch and breakfast from company. various sports and cultural programs also there. good people in the company.
