1. People at low grades are great and helping in nature.

1. Work environment is toxic 2. Typical Lala company culture. 3. Those who are psycophants are getting all the benefits, those who are really talented are rotting due to lack of appreciation for their good work. 4. All the people at Manager and Sr. Manager are actually having no knowledge of atleast basic things... 5. Top management is in favour of those who say always yes to them.. Only those people are in good books. 6. Too much attrition of Top talent due to toxic environment but management is least bothere about it. 7. I personally left a MNC to join this company thinking it is a German company and may have a great work culture but it is MNC only for namesake.. Inside it is a typical LaLa company.. KSB working time is 9:30 hr as compared to other industry working time is 8 hrs. KSB working time is too much. As compared to other industry salaries packages are very low, There is no work from home facility during any emergency.
